Amazed Named Female Group of the Year

SHERMAN, Texas - Two-time Diamond Award Duet of the Year winners Amazed added another award to their ever-increasing resumé. The up and coming duo was awarded their first Female Group of the Year award at the SGN Music Awards earlier this week.

Cathie Marsh of Amazed said, "We were so honored just to be nominated! We appreciate everyone who logged on to the site and placed a vote for us. This award means so much to us!"

The SGN Music Awards were handed out on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 in Smyrna, Tennessee before a capacity crowd at River of Life Church. In addition, Amazed was a featured performer at the event. The duo performed their hit single "Even On Monday."

Amazed has been nominated for an SGN Music Award.

Even on Monday Hits charts

Our single "Even on Monday" has hit the Singing News Chart at #57. This is our first single to hit the main charts and we want to thank radio for playing our song. We are excited to see the response we are getting from the fans, especially the young people, they love this song!!!! What a great reminder for them that we need to praise God beyond church. Our single also charted with Gospel Music News Top 100 at #95.
